Red face Lots of lucids for me!!! But......

I've been having lucid dreams every other night ( about two everyother night) Sometimes I WILD and sometimes I MILD or even DILD. I found the key to success is to have about6 hours sleep, waking up for literally 5 minutes and think about lucid dreaming as your going back to sleep. I then carry out a reality test ( hold my nose - which feels awesome when you can breathe through it ) and awesome - i'm lucid dreaming. My question is... I can fly sometimes but only if I jump out of my bedroom window & half the time I haven't got any " powers " so to speak. My last lucid dream which was last night. I ran around punching people hahaha. Sick I know but it's all I could think of doing! Any one got any tips on what to do when lucid? Any fun things to think of!? Ohhh and one more question as time is going on my dreams are getting more & more lucid ( which is a good thing) is this happening to you all also?

      thanks alot

Close your eyes, imagine the dreamscape you want to be in, and then open your eyes. Spinning your dream bodyt while imagining the dreamscape is also effective.

That's the exact method I use. I have had 2 LD's out of 3 nights so far.
It's easy too.(so far) The only thing I do sometimes with this is wake at 4.30am and do it, then 6 am and do it again.
Makes it easier for first timers on those finding it hard. Belief is good too. I had a couple of LD's as a child, but that was 30 years ago and by accident, but I know I can do it, since I did back then.
