None on increasing the chances of having a lucid dream or on reality tests. The breathing test worked just fine for me, and my method on getting a lucid dream is this. While falling asleep, I think about lucid dreams in general. I like to think about what it's like in a lucid dream, what it's like to fly in one, etc, and I had one with that method. Plus, for me, that method wards off nervousness and anxiousness during night time.

What I am curious about, however, is transformation. Ever since I got an interest on lucid dreaming, I wanted to transform. (Although now I realize it's one of the more difficult things, yet I'm still curious.) I don't see how to transform. It seems near impossible just to think and wish for a transformation (Say, I want to be a cat. How do I grow a tail yet remain human. How about making my legs longer?) and get it. Could you tell me a few methods of transformation, both minor and major?
I think all problems are just what they are. Problems. But their core is just and only disbelief. Easily said. Harder done. Yess. one solution is to make a device which helps you. This hast to be done at first till you find out, that you actually dont need it.
Mentioned creativity is about how to cheat your own brain barriers and overstep them with ease. It is not the most direct way. But it works.

Other way is to look at the transformation itself and see it as a fear of change. Actually do you know how it feels to be a cat? If not. It is hard to transform into a cat. Study what you want to become. Or make some sort of internal representation. Internal state. And as you have created this state, it shouldnt be as hard to move into this state.

Good luck
