      New Member.... enthusiastic and determined

      Greetings all
      I just ran across this site and am thrilled to have found such a large community. Lucid dreaming is something I've been interested in for awhile, but have not had much success with. I tried about a year ago and only had "flashes" of lucidity, but the concept is so intriguing to me that I'm trying again. This time, I am utilizing brainwave entrainment and the results just in dream recall alone are amazing. I'm recording up to 9 dreams per night. This serves me quite well in identifying dream signs and patterns. I've enjoyed readng the posts of others and look forward to sharing my own nocturnal adventures.
      Dream Big, Live Large.... BTW, can you breath with your nose pinched shut?

      to DreamViews, Sir Mark! You're doing great with recall--maybe you should start a dream journal here, if you feel comfortable with that. You're right that lucid dreaming is very exciting, and I bet you'll be successful soon. Check out the tutorial section, if you haven't already.
