First LD?

I am not sure if that was an ld, but here it goes, I woke up at 4am with my alarm clock then i turned it off, I was imagining myself walking in my house then it turned more vivid and then i turned like real , then i was outside , and it was raining alot because theres a hurricane right now , so i remember a post form billy bob to lick the floor , i did , didnt taste like anything, then i remember not to get to excited so i dindt really do much things =(, there was lightining so i tried to make lightning hit a tree, but dindt happend, but like 10 seconds later the tree got on fire, then the dream ended =(....

I'm glad you were dreaming!!

You stated that you weren't sure if it was an ld.

Lucid dreaming is merely the "awareness" that you are dreaming WHILE you're dreaming.

Did you ever say (or think) to yourself, "I'm dreaming" and, once having said/thought that, BELIEVE it to be true? If so, then you were definately lucid.

Next time, if you're in doubt, do a "reality check". The reality check that has never failed me is the "plug my nose and see if I can breathe" reality check. It never hurts to do your favorite reality check a couple of times or even do two different ones.. just to really convince yourself!
