My turn!!
Hey, this seems to be the "cool" thing to do when you are new, so here I go!
I'm a college student, currently in Kansas, and I've always had an interest in this sort of thing. I first heard of lucid dreaming on a pagan forum, but I didn't read any more about it because I didn't realize what it was. Recently I've been doing some work with hypnotism with my friends and we were talking about mind control. Somehow the topic moved to self mind control, and one of my friends mentioned lucid dreaming. I asked what it was and explained it to me. As he did, I realized that I had, to some extent, I had already had such dreams, as I controlled nightmares by changing the situation as it unfolded.
Together with my friend, we decided to look into it a little more and attempt it. I found this forum a few days ago and read about finger induced dreams. I tried it, and much to my suprise... had a false awakening. It was alot more than I had expected on the first try, and I was pleased. I look forward to seeing where things go from here and hope to get to know you all!
