First of all, welcome, I don't think that I'm the person to welcome you here because I suck and I have only a very few posts... |

I've been attempting (being the keyword) to lucid dream for a while now, but i haven't yet succeded. I can recall dreams fairly well, but sometimes i struggle to remeber them at all. If there are any really good techniques, tips or other helpful things, could you please let me know. |

The biggest thing with building dream recall is to be consistent. Make yourself write in your journal every morning. If that's not enough, as Webmaster suggested, try waking up in the middle of the night after/during a REM phase (when you're dreaming), and try to think of the last thing you can remember doing. |

You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.
Good advice. Another thing that I've found to improve dream recall is to review your dreams from the night before, right before you go to sleep. |
