      Weird problem happening to me...

hi guys...im new in the forum and i really hope you can help me with this wierd situation...

ok...I start dreaming, get the lucid dream and gain control of it, so far I've manage to fly, change escenary, make friends or dead people appear infront of me and get really good at soccer ....Well, the problem its that from sometime on right after i get control of my dream I suddenly fall...just like if im paralized, I stay laying on the ground just been able to move my eyes to see my surroundings. When I try to wake up feels like if something or someone tryes to hold me and i just can't wake up...at the beggining of the problem it was somehow easy to wake up, I just felt a little resistance...but as the times passed and I started getting better at the controlling thing it became more and more dificult, the last time it felt like if I passed over an hour trying to wake up...
The problem just happens when i try to control my dream. If I just let it take its course never happens a thing...

now...the question...WHO KNOWS WHATS HAPPENING TO ME???

I will also apreciate some advices to get better at the controlling thing...

Your English is better than many native speakers, believe me!

Think of it this way: You're dreaming and you're lucid, some folks would give their right eye to do that!

You're making a very simple mistake, and one that I think we all have made, and even the experienced among us will still make sometimes: You're letting yourself get alarmed by the situation in your LD. Do you really need to try to wake yourself up? You can't move, so what? Lay there and experience it, you don't have to try to move. How does it feel? What do you hear? What do you see? Can you make someone come to help you?

Whatever happens, you're dreaming, and you know it, so whatever the situation, do your best to explore it.

      Hope this helps!

Close your eyes and you should wake up or at lease start a whole new dream.

Why are dead people so good at soccer?

thank's for this post...it really maked me think...it's true...I should not be alarmed, it's still my dream and I'm in control of it...I've stayed laying in the ground for some time (in my dream, when the problem happens) and i just can't move at all. Sometimes the people arround me just keep going with my dreams, like if nobody notice that I've falled. In one dream, the very first dream when the problem started, i just falled and really freaked out but my friends and people arround me just were standing in front of me looking with a WTF face but they didn't do a thing to help me...next time it happens I'll try to remain calmed and try to make someone else help me...

I've tryed to close my eyes and really force myself to wake up, force my real self to open my eyes and I start doing it, I just sligthly open my eyes I can see my bedroom's wall, but then again I'm like sucked back to my dream, like if I'm tied up or something its holding me inside it...but I'll try to take it more calmly the next time

And about the dead people getting really good at soccer...well...i was just kinda out of ideas so i had to improvise
