Don't be frightened! It's great. You won't even notice it; all you'll feel is vibrations.

SP kicks ass. First time you do it its really quite weird. Just relax and remember that its part of the process, i.e theres nothing wrong happening.

to DreamViews, ajd5! Everyone experiences different things during WILD; if you are prepared, there is nothing to be scared of.

besides, if you get frightened you could stop before it finishes.
Some people say they dont even know its happened though. You don't know until you try

SP is nothing to be scared of, though my fraidy cat butt was afraid of it for years. I now feel like an idiot for having been scared of it all that time.

You're supposed to get sleep paralysis as you fall to sleep. The thing is you may not feel it. 99% of the time when I WILD I experience nothing. Absolute nothing. I either slip right into a dream via watching my HI, simply 'wake up' into a lucid dream or simply just realize I've switched over to dream mode. I usually don't get the strange sounds or feelings that I've read so much about. Maybe you'll be lucky and just step into a dream without having to go through the strange transitions.

But if you do start to feel anything just remember there is nothing to be afraid of. Try to remain calm and know that it only means your moments away from experiencing a lucid dream.

Good luck and see you around.
