Now I'm curious, and I don't want to wait for Ninja to come online. Function of Wave is temporarily the co-leader of the DG Team.

Function of wave is still in there are DG Leader, it says that I can ban normal registered users though. Mods have banning privileges. It also looks like I have the power to move people into the TOTM groups by myself now

I PM'd you too late, but yes, you can give people wings on your own now.
...also, I suspect you successfully banned Function of Wave, but a few seconds later, Wavefunction set him back to DG Leader (I was testing one other thing).
