you might want to try another technique first . . . wilding is definitely a more advanced technique. Lots of people have success with dild, especially when they wbtb. Hope this helps . . . |

Well in one of my dreams I recalled that I did tell myself that I was lucid, but when I woke up I couldnt remember anything after that, heck I couldnt even remember anything before that either. Is it possible that you could become lucid by telling yourself but then 'forget' when you wake up? Because I feel pissed at my brain at the moment |

You can definitely forget lucid dreams, as easily as regular dreams in fact. Working on your recall definitely decreases the chances of that happening! |

I suppose it is possible to forget a LD but I dont think I ever have. They are so vivid and incredible. |

It's possible to realise that you are dreaming and then forget later on in the dream. It's still lucid none the less, all you need to do is remind yourself that it's a dream every now and then just to keep your lucidity topped up. |

Don't know if this has been said already but alot of beginners will forget lose lucidity and the dream will continue, a way to stop this from happening is to keep reminding yourself you are dreaming. |
