      to DV, dajermster!

I guess you should use MILD and DILD. The other techniques are more advanced.

Reading the tutorials about those two methods would probably be best.

If you are more prepared, you may be ready for lucidity and not want to exit the dream.

      Good Luck!

Well, FILD is really a form of WILD, and therefore may be difficult for the inexperienced.

Try anything; you never know, you may get it to work. Some people really have a talent for supposedly hard techniques like WILD.

The basics of lucid dreaming are: developing recall--without recall, nothing matters, because you can't remember being lucid; and learning to recognize when you are dreaming, which is is done thru the use of reality checks, and the recognition of dream signs.

Don't give up if a "technique" doesn't work right away--it usually takes some time to develop recall, recognize your dream signs, and incubate the idea of lucid dreaming long enough for it to kick in at the right time.

alright, well, for reality checks, what i sometimes will do when im board or waiting,i will like bend my finger back or see how far i can twist my wrist around, ect. i will do something of that nature. maybe if i am in a dream, ill do the same thing. if i bend my index finger bend all the way to the back of my wrist, ill know im dreaming. theres ought to be somthing ill reconize thats screwed up.
right now, im reading some tutorials, and im gonna figure out what im gonna do tonight.
