      from an inexperienced noob

      Hey all,

I'm totally new to this whole LD thing... I actually have a hard time remembering my dreams, but when I do they are extremely vivid, and usually quite interesting. (like this one where this building at the mall spinned really fast, exploded, and the pieces formed an intersteller transport in the sky, sucking in everyone watching) Still working on my recall... I remembered two and a half last week, which I suppose is somewhat of an accomplishment, considering it used to be once a month, maybe...

But yeah, I'm yet to have an LD... I bought LaBerge's book, EtWoLD, and haven't gotten very far, because the later chapters don't mean much to me... YET (I hope) ... so yeah, here I am.

Oh yeah, I'm 18 and from southern CA.

Sounds like you had an awesome dream there.

I had experiences with really vivid dreams that I remember for quite a few years. Keep working on that recall!

Yeah, I started a journal last week, after my first try...

Good gravy, last night I remembered three dreams... I think thats a record for me! None of them were very good, except this one where I was an convict, and this corrupt cop told me that if I "got rid of" this one hotel, I'd be off the hook... and then apache helicopters started falling out of the sky... that was fun...

      Welcome to DV grithic!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats on improving your dream recall already! Dream journals are really the key to that. So just make yourself at home here, and enjoy reading LaBerge.

I'm from the Antelope Valley - Lancaster, more specifically... Not a more boring place in the states, but it's peaceful, and not too industrialized. I like it.

      WELCOME!!!!

I suggest that you work on your recall a bit more, and when you feel confident enough you should try all the induction methods that are on our tutorial, searching for the one that fits you best...

      this is kind of weird

Hey, both my parents say that every time they have like, steak or something for dinner, that they usually have really crazy vivid, and messed up dreams... Anyone heard anything about that? something to do with eating red meat?

It could be the preservatives in red meat... lots of rubbish in there.
Or perhaps the level of iron and I think vit.B (not sure)

Haven't heard of it myself though
