      Hey everyone!!!!!!!

      Hello!

I am so excited to have found this forum! I've had lucid dreams a few times in my life, but they were never on purpose, and I actually never wanted to have any until recently. I think I'm well on my way because I remember at least 3 or 4 dreams a night.

I have a sort of silly question.. does having LDs every night ever make anyone more tired the next morning? It seems kind of logical, doesn't it, I mean with your conscience working all night.

Anyway, can't wait to hear from everyone!

      WELCOME TO DV SCWIGGLIE!!!!!!!!!!

Hehe, great name AND what a beautiful avatar!! Did you draw that?!

Anyway, to answer your question, I never feel tired after I LD. I think it's because I usually have them in my last REM cycles, so I'm close to waking up anyway. Also, the LDs are usually so fun and exciting that I usually feel energized when I wake up (woohoo, just had an LD!!!). Plus mine are pretty short, so not really enough time to get completely exhausted. I don't know about the other LDers here though.

So make yourself at home, and do enjoy yourself here!!

With me, it's not the LD's that make you tied, it't the increased drem consiousness. What I mean is, After I started to learn to LD, I have become more aware in my dreams, but not quite lucid. So my mind still thinks I'm awake. If your anythin like me, this may happen to you. But don't worry, apparently it doesn't last long.

I do need to be adopted!.. If I understand correctly how it works.

Just turned 18. Moving to a college dorm at the end of August. I think I'll have a heart attack and die.

And yourself? I know there's a thread out there that has everyone listing their ages, but I'm too lazy to look for it again.

I am 13 myself. Yea there is a thread somewhere about that but i am not for sure if i posted in it. The adoption process is a little stupid but its all for the better. Basically you only have to have the person that adopts you post it in adopted. If me being 13 doesn't matter to you then i would be happy to adopt you. Age doesn't really matter here i myself adopted a 29 year old and we are great friends.

      WELCOME!!!!

The fact that you become lucid really doesn't make you any more tired, as most of the "replenishing" is generally done before the longer REM periods. Anyway welcome aboard, I hope you enjoy your stay
      If I hadn't made me
I'd be more inclined to bow
Powers that be would have swallowed me up
But that's more than I can allow...
