      Welcome to the forum

Yeah that's great to have a naturally good dream recall however I'd still recommend having a dream journal. It might show you a dream sign that you didn't realise you had. Also sometimes people can lose their recall over time, it just tops it up.

Well all in all it depends on how motivated you are

I've recently read through my dream journal I'd started over a year ago here, and until I read the dreams again, I could not remember a single one of them. It's neat to read through dreams of the past. Even if you have great dream recall, I would recommend writing them down anyway, if only for the reason that you will be able to read them again and remember them.

It also would be easier to find dream signs by having the dreams written down so you can look through them. See if you have any repeated item/event that can be used for a dream sign.
