Looking for ideas and different ways to LD but for non-teens

I have been LD for about 20 years and I'm looking for ideas and different ways to LD. I have very good control when I dream. I can pick what I want to dream about. About 4 years ago someone told me they LD as well. He said he could rewind his dreams. I still can not rewind but I can start my dream over and over and over.... Can you rewind? How do you do it? What tricks do you do in controling your dreams? I am also looking for ideas on what to dream on (Grown up ideas!) I have spent the last 10 years exploring questions like; what would you do if you invented an alternate power source like cold fusion? what would you do if you could time travel? I also spend my time thinking about different inventions, working out how they would work, designing the details and planning how I would develop them.

Hiya Jeff, Welcome to Dream Views!!!! Well i must say I wish i could watch your dream like a movie. They sound so interesting!! As for rewinding my dreams... well i have not been able to do that either. Like you I can start my dreams over by just thinking about it. Wouldn't it be fun to just take your handy-dandy dream remote and buzz everything backwards? Hey give it a try. It sounds silly but having the remote in your had may make you think it is going to work. Anyway... I hope you find what you are looking for here. First off, welcome to DV Jeff!!!!!!!!! That's excellent that you've been LDing for so long, AND you can pick what to dream about. You must be quite talented!! About rewinding dreams, that's tough because your brain has to pull up the same infromation and play it back. Takes an incredible imagination to do that, and a superb skill at visualization I'd say. Must admit that I've had little to no success with dream rewinding. Maybe you should post that same question in the General Forum. As for dream control, there are many different techniques. Hey Jeff - glad to have you around There are a whole lot of techniques - some work for certain people and others for the rest Personally, I have trouble using WILD and MILD. I generally use dream induced methods involving reality checks and dream signs. When desperate (in dry seasons) I try falling back on a soft alarm clock repeating every hour or so while sleeping. As for control, theres a whole lot of ideas people have come up with... shortcuts, spinning, attraction, verbal commands. The tutorials should give you an idea of all the alternatives
