      Lightbulb for noob wilders...

there is a tecnique that i use for wilding, i practice on weekdays before i go to bed. i wait until my body goes numb, then i just go to sleep normally, i do this because i cant afford to miss any sleep by getting up in the middle of the night (i have to get up early) on weekends i wild for real.

Egizmo, has your WILD technique worked for you because I see you have your WILD count at "0" in your signature.

You should do what the experts do.

Aww thanks Jd.. but I'm hardly an expert (if I were I'd be successful everytime I tried to WILD).

You are our resident expert and the one here who seems to have the most consistent results with this most challenging induction technique. Go ahead and be humble, but the truth is already out!

Wild is pretty interesting technique. I never managed to have one lucid dream using this techinque, but attempts at it helped me to have my own dilds. Just trying to awake at night made me sleep lighter and that coused better awareness. And that was it. I had my own DILDS> its worth the try. Enjoy your wilding. It is worth it.
