I've noticed that one of the biggest difficulties with LDing is staying inside the dream once you've realized that you are dreaming. How do you keep yourself inside the dream once you've become lucid? |

I haven't yet managed to gain enough control in my dream to do much, but spinning yourself around (you won't get dizzy) or rubbing your hands together works well for most. |

I prefer actually leaving the dream and then reentering it. Look up DEILD. |

Lol my tip is to relax and focus on whatever sensorial input you have from the dream (vision is usually the first to go away). The dream will usually stabilise if you do it. But you can always DEILD as ninja said. |
