Can you sleep in a LD?

Not talking about false awakenings, but actually going to sleep (in the

dream) after attaining lucidity. Is it impossible, or do you enter another

dream/scene? If anybody could answer this, I'd really appreciate it.

It is quite possible! Even when i fully exploit my lucidity I can still go to sleep
but its quite difficult if you think too much about the fact taht you're dreaming

Thanks for the info. When you fall alseep in the dream. Do you have another dream, kinda like a dream within a dream? And if you do, do you have control over it instantly?

When I fall asleep in my LDs one of three things happens:
      1. I "wake up" in the LD that I fell asleep in.
      2. I start another dream, which may or may not be a LD.
      3. I wake up in real life.

Usually when I go to sleep, either I have another dream (which I bet can be lucid or not), or I just wake up immediately afterwards, with the feeling I've slept.

It's pretty fun by the way ^^

And Crimson, yeah it is possible, I had thousands of it. Actually once I was in a non-lucid dream, WILDed in it, and got lucid... Then dream I was in ended and i was back to my previous one, not lucid. The the same happened once again haha was weird how my mind immaculately portrayed the transition into a dream. Roxorz

Wow, that'd be weird if you dreamed inside a dream. I dunno if it is actually possible though.

I think I did that last night. I remember becoming aware that I was dreaming but had little control over it and it only lasted briefly. I then woke up (or at least I thought I did at the time), however a short time later I found myself waking up for real. I ended up concluding that I must have been dreaming about having a lucid dream.

seeker28 pretty much nailed it for me. I have WILDed from a non-lucid dream though. Interesting way to acheive lucidity and a real mind freak experience.

I've found if you're good at dreaming each night. If you go to sleep in a normal dream, you can have a lucid dream! Although that's just my past experience.

i'm sure it's possible but i can't imagine a faithful sleep experience that way. i think i'd just wake up (in the dream) a second later.

I sort of would expect a rip in the space dream time continuum.

      =)

Quite anything is possible in a lucid though... so why not
