It is possible, I've seen several members post their lucid dreams that they had during naps. I've never had one myself, I need to sleep for a while until I start dreaming (at least an hour).

Naps are a very good way to approach lucid dreaming. As lucid dreaming takes our conscious mind to become invoked, napping is a great time to breach this gap.
We don't generally fall into a real deep sleep when we nap. Otherwise, I guess it would not be a nap anymore.

But yes, many people use naps successfully to induce lucid dreaming.

      Nap away!

      ps - welcome

      It's very possible
just do like you do when lucid dreaming when sleep at night, perhaps even try WILD.
you won't get into the same deep sleep and maybe fing it easier to LD.

Yeah, it's possible.. I think it's one of the best ways/easiest way to have a LD. Well, I know it is for WILDs. My favourite way to have a lucid dream is to achieve it while I'm having a nap. Too bad I don't have naps often
