      A short introduction...

I thought I might as well do an introduction so here goes!

I had some lucid dreams in my life; about six before I knew about it, and four when I did. Most times I just wasted the dream and woke myself up, but for the last three I finally realized the potential and had some fun flying and summoning objects but never for over two or so minutes. About a week ago I had a really fun lucid dream where I had complete control, and it was so fun that I had to look it up again to see if perhaps there were some techniques to reach that state so it was inevitable that I'd end up here. So far this site looks great, most people are helpful and the site is pretty active too. After some forums I've been to this one is a refresher since just about everyone is friendly.

So, anyways I've been keeping a little dream "journal" (it is on my computer since I type must faster than I write) and amazingly enough even just a week improved my dream recall by at least 300%! I had my first experiences of feeling touch and tasting within the last two days, and today just before I fell asleep I snapped into consciousness and felt the heavy sinking feeling that I read about where you feel like you're going to sink into the bed. Dang, I was so close, but then I got uncomfortable and got up. Maybe I'll go for it next time. So, well... I guess that's it!
