Thread: Was this a WILD?!

Ok a few minutes ago I tried my first WILD (Wake Induced Lucid Dream) what I did was stare at the wall into darkness until I slipped into a Lucid Dream. Eventually I got the feeling when you are seconds away from falling asleep, and I told myself you just gotta make it through this part fully conscious and I did!

Around 6:40ish A.M.

What I see is my room, it is slightly brighter and I was in the same position i was in before I fell asleep I tried moving, it was a little hard at first then I did a reality check, I twichted my fingers, then rubbed them together. I could feel them and everything, then I try looking at my hand for any deformation all I could see was a silhouette but didn't really look deformed. Now things started to get weird, I try looking around my room and my vision was flicking on and off like a strobe light as well as a clicking sound in my forehead every time my vision went in and out.

Then I appeared in my Mom and Dad's room and told them about what I now figured out was a vein on my forehead that was making the clicking sound and the vein itself was actually vibrating and everything! When I knelt to the floor I feel the vibrations running through the floor as well. My Dad kept making comments about what was happening saying, "Sean, you're going to kill yourself, trying all this..." (attempting Lucid Dreams every night etc.) I asked my Dad what the time and date was just to make sure this really was a dream because everything looked so real. He said a date I can't remember but I remember the time being 10:04am.

Then the dream cut out and I was awake in my bed.

Ok thing is I really don't think this could have been a WILD because I faintly remember having a dream before the lucid part in my bed. So maybe this was a DILD. Well anyway what do you guys think?! Thanks =)
