Is there any danger on WILD?

Well i know your not going to get physical damaged or something, but i heard when you do it your going tru a lot of weird sensations, like a pressure on the head, is there any danger on wilding? and why we get that pressure.

I dont think there is any dangers of doing this, anyone with a weak heart may find some of the sensations a little pressured on them, sometimes SP can get a little crazy - but I think on the whole it is very safe

If wilding were dangerous I don't think nearly all of us here would want to do it. You would only feel bad after if you failed, otherwise you would feel very good.

I know it's going to sound naive... but what exactly is wilding? Wake-initiated lucid dream And to the OP, I'm almost certain that there are no dangers involved - after all SP happens every night as we fall asleep.
