Thread: Vivid dream, but no Lucidity

so i usually have 3 dreams every night that i can remember well (i started a DJournal too). these dreams are sort of out there. while im in a dream, i sort of process information and see 'myself' making decisions. i should become lucid right there, but i dont. every time i wake up im so frustrated that i didnt have a LD when it was right there waiting for me. i havnt been doing the DJ long enough to have found a DS, but i should be able to just become lucid with how crazy the dream is. also, while im in a dream, i cant really think, right? so i cannot perform like a nose RC for example. so how do i just become lucid? any tips are great! thanks

Buddy, you should probably do more reality checks in waking life. I've never tried this, but It should work, go through the whole dream in your head, and when you get to the part were you should RC, and do a reality in real life.

I'm not sure everyone has ds, I've kept a journal for a wile and never found a dream singe.

Don't get frustrated. You usually need a few dozen dreams written down before you can find any potential dream signs. Look for things that you encounter often in both your dreams and real life and do RC's whenever you see them.
