      Getting Back Into It

      Hey all. Just thought I'd share that I used to visit this board a lot and it really helped maintain my desire to try to Lucid Dream. I used to be pretty good with writing down my dreams (to the point where at my peak I could easily fill up six pages worth of details a night) but every now and then I'll have to leave town for a month or so and it really screws with my sleeping patterns.

      However, the past week I've been doing reality checks and writing in my dream journal and visiting this site on a daily basis has definitely helped fuel my interest. I'll be posting when something noteworty happens.

      Good to see you're motivated again, hopefully you're recall comes back to you quickly. If at one time you could fill six pages then you know you can get to the that point again.

      I've been pretty good with the reality checks. Last night I had three very long dreams which I managed to write down in detail. Thanks for your comments.
