anybody help?

this is my first time posting on this forum but ive browsed it before and ive been trying to attain lucidity for a while now (altho only on weekends) anyway heres an example of what i did last night -i take stuff from different posts on threads and kind of put it all together- and if anybody had any tips or wanna give me advice on what im doing wrong it would be greatly appreciated: so i went to bed at 11 with my alarm set at 4:30 i woke up on my own at 3:50 am and wrote down the stuff i remembered from my dream and went back to sleep for a half hour until my alarm woke me. then i got up went to the bathroom and turned my computer on. i put on a binaural music thing from utube that went for like 9 minutes and tried to WILD. i got comfortable and pretty didn't move for well over an hour. at one point i kind of went into a half dream and i kicked a stone in a field but then i realized i was still in bed and i was kind of surprised because id felt my leg move but it hadnt so i started to get excited and kind of focused too hard on the feeling and i think that probly messed me up. other than that i had some random muscle spasms like in my left hand and elbow and knee but im not sure if it was real or if i was dreaming it -does this happen to anyone else? anyway after like an hour and a half i gave up and just turned over and went to sleep but i dont remember any dream. so ya again if anybody has anything id love to hear it...never had a lucid dream but id love to.

so can someone list like all the meanings of the different words? like i know WILD and DJ and LD and some others, but i cant find some of the other ones like WBTB so like any that you think of could u list them? thx
