      Smile Hi! :]

      Hi, everyone!
I've recently begun looking into LDing as a way to make my dreams more comfortable [as I have nightmares a lot] and experimenting with my imagination, as I'm also a writer. On top of that, I also want to learn more into recalling dreams as well.

If anyone has any tips that worked great for them when they first began, I'd appreciate that so much. :]

      Thank you!

Hey kiwi, welcome to the forum.

One tip I have is that you have to keep a dream journal. Also, don't make lucid dreaming harder than it is. If you have any questions in specific please ask us, this is a really helpful forum so feel free to post.

I concur about the dream journal. Your nightmares will subside soon.

      Welcome to Dreamviews.

I agree with the two posters above, dream journals are a very effective way to lucid dream, and they're very powerful with improving your dream recall as well.
