      Talking Hello!

Well, this is my first ever post, although I have visited this website for more than 2 years and I am no stranger to Lucid dreaming. For the past few months I have not remembered many dreams, probably due to stress. However, lately I have found ways to relieve my stress and I have slowly starting to remember dreams again. I was starting to come to this site once again, just like a few years ago, although now I have an intention of staying. Not only coming here again, but making an account to get more involved with different techniques and the forums in general.

Part of the reason for this new found interest is that two days ago I had a semi-lucid dream (I was vaugely aware I was dreaming, but I went along with things anyway) followed by my first ever experience with Sleep Paralysis! I had just woken up from the dream, and for some reason I decided to do a nose RC, something I had not done or thought about doing for months. Imagine my suprise when I hear a whining sound, and realized I could not move. I had read about SP, but never experienced it before. For a few seconds the whine continued, and a few seconds after that I still could not move.

I was not afraid or nevous like I had always assumed I would be during SP, I was exilerated! It was actually really cool, and afterwards I created an account here, a website I had always read, but never taken part in.

So in short, I am glad to be here, and I am exited to start Lucid Dreaming again!
