      Question Dream Journel

      In the dream journel, do i have to write a whole page in my notepad? or do i just write down quick notes?

      You should write down as much as you can remember. If you only remember a few notes, write that down. If you can remember more details, it'll help to write those down as well.

      While we're on the subject of dream journals, you might want to take a look at the Dream Journal forum and consider creating your own.

      What I do is I write up some quick notes as I get up from bed. Then when I have a chance, I get on DV and write up all the details in my dream journal here.

      And if you read my journal, you can see my recall will vary from day to day. Some days I remember very little, other days I have multiple dreams with lots of detail. But I try to be very consistant--writing what I remember for each day, and I feel that having a dream journal has really helped me. I remember way more dreams than I did before I started my DJ.

      I write down quick after I wake up, then record the whole dream later online.
