      I believe it's "electronically induced lucid dream." That is, with the help of a device such as the Novadreamer.

      I learn that some days ago (Thx to ninja =D). some kind of electrical device that makes you wake up in the night or makes you sleep lighter i think it was.

      It shouldn't wake you up. You should feel it in your dream and have it cause you do to a reality check.
