      Hi,

      My name is Cindy and I'm so excited about being here. I have always been able to recall my dreams and have done a little bit of lucid dreaming. I am reading all the information you have on your website and really look forward to learning and growing through this website,

      This is a great place with loads of information! You should be able to find all the information that you need in the Tutorials Section.

      Well atleast you have had lucids, it's a start! Plus the recall is great too! Have you got a dream journal? It's the best way to start learning.

      That's great that you have some experience with lucid dreaming already. I hope you enjoy your stay here, and that your lucids will get even better.

      I agree with NeAvO, dream journals are a great thing. There is a lot of support in that part of the forum, too.
