      Hi! I'm new.

I just figured I'd introduce myself here. I'm sixteen years old and live in Knoxville, TN. I just got finished reading the main tutorial today and I was shocked. I have been lucid dreaming all my life, and I had no idea that it was something that other people had to work at. I cracked up laughing Anyway, the only major problem I am experiencing is remembering my dreams. I normally remember about 1 a week, which is just plain horrible.
Anyway, now taht I know what lucid dreaming is, I'm going to work at remembering my dreams better and acheiving more control during my dreams.

Definately start a dream journal. If you can't remember a whole lot, try to put down something, even if it's an object you recall or an emotion you feel or a face or just something. It'll come w/ time. Don't stress too much. There are also other methods of inducing LDs, so check them out.

I hope to hear some success stories from you!

      Welcome to the forums!

Ame's covered about everything there is to say about the primary method for recall. I would only add that you should write in present tense.

      Good luck with it.

Hey, xzadurate! Welcome to DV. It sounds like you're doing quite well already. But yah, look around and don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions you need answering.

It depends on what defintion you mean as far as "vol" If you mean a football player, no. If you mean a fan of our football team, er...no..don't really care about football much. If you mean "vol" as in a person who does volunteer work, then yes.
