      newbies++;

      Moin moin.

      I've decided naturally occurring LD's have been rather sparse of late, and wanted to see if I could trigger something to get this whole heap of a boring routine of life and stress off my back.

      I've had a few lucid dreams before--probably the usual amount, not had one this year or last though--and have had rather good control of it. My first LD was when I was pretty young, young enough to try to show my family that I could float in the air by sitting criss-cross legged and pumping blood into my face

      So I'll be seeing what dastardly deeds I can do in my strange, relatively unsafe and usually haunted little worlds starting with what I like to do most (meh neo thing) and trying to convince everyone that they don't exist (which I don't need a dream for )

      so hai

      Welcome, ImageAll...

      You've come to the right place to get motivated and improve your LDing skills.

      That's really funny...

      That's great that you have already experienced the fun of lucid dreams.

      If you haven't already, check out the Quick Start Guide stickied at the top of this Newbie forum. There is good info there about this site and lucid dreaming.

      Good luck and hope to hear about your new Lucid dreaming experiences.

      Thanks for the warm welcome.

      As you can see one night has already gone by, I tried using autosuggestion, and ended up having four dreams that I know I had (and more sleep than normal, having a reason ) From three of them I have images remembered. More than the usual four-hour night of 1.342e-1203872 dreams, or the occasional programming all-nighter...though in the latter case sometimes I do have odd hallucinations... o.O

      I saw the title and immediately thought that you were a programmers All night programming is a pain because it screws with your dream mind. Whenever I've been doing one project for a long period of time it doesn't let me sleep.
