      to DreamViews, mikill!

Dream can be amazingly realistic. That's partly why you can have so much fun in them.

When you are dreaming and you try to wake up, only to go into another dream, that is called a "false awakening". People who are trying to become lucid actually welcome that, because it can help you to realize that you are dreaming, once you learn to recognize what's going on. You have to remember that you can't get "stuck" in dreams; with practice, you lose the fear and gain a lot of fun and excitement.

Mikill, you have very vivid dreams--that means that becoming lucid will probably be easy for you.

The tutorials here can help with learning the techniques. Be sure and ask if you have any questions.

      Welcome to Dream Views.

A lot of people would welcome the false awakenings you have.

Why are you so determined to wake up though? If you are lucid why not start exploring your dream scape?
