Hi ! I'm an "english challenged" newbie...

Hello. My name is Martin and I'm from Kebekhistan (you know, that small french enclave in northeastern Canada...). I stumbled on this site because a few days ago I had a full fledged LD. Not my first one, but it had been a long time since the last one. There is a lot of information here and it helps me a lot. Even though I'm still struggling with all those acronyms (DILD, MILD, WILD and so on), I find you people quite open and very generous. I am also a science-fiction author (working on my fourth novel) and I actually work on a serie that deals with a young boy fighting Nightmares inside the realm of dreams. This picture I use as an avatar is not from my stories, but I like it because it gives me some inspiration and reminds me of the first time I actually confronted a recurrent monster in my dreams (instead of running away, I plunged into it and everything went all white and shiny...) My main character, Eloik, is a teenage boy who suffers from horrible nightmares and he learns to use his dreams to fight his fears... and the armies of Küwürsha : the Nightmare Queen who wants to make him her servant. Of course, the story is far more complex than that, but you get the jist. Hopefully, in a year or two, it will be translated in english. Have a nice day.
