Hey there Everyone-

I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Kevin- I'm a college student who has stumbled across this site mostly by accident (surfing around when I should have been finishing a paper

) . I remember just a few months ago, my friend told me that he suddenly realized he was in a dream, and managed somehow to fly around his old school. I thought this was odd, of course, and I wasn't really sure if he could be telling the truth- I'd never heard of anyone controlling their dreams. Until just now, when I found you guys.

This means, of course, that I've never had a LD or even anything close to an LD- and for that matter, I do not have a very good dream memory at all. However, just the possibility of being able to control my own dreams is very exciting- I really would like to try to have an LD! It sounds like it is an exciting and wonderful thing. Now I just need something to write my dreams in. I hope you all can give me advice as I progress ... for a newbie who has got a long way to go.

Kevin, I'm glad you decided to join us!

You may wish to start writing down your dreams in a dream journal.. this lets your subconscious know that you seriously want to build your dream recall. Information about the forum's online Dream Journal can be found in the Newbie Zone Guide.

Hey there kevin, glad you found out about Lucid Dreaming, im new too haha but i haven't been successful yet but it takes time, good luck with dreaming

oh im just stating the obvious your welcome!

oh yea i duno if clarity mentioned but the tutorial forums did me wonders, my dream recalls a BIT better
