I'm new to posting on here, but I've read these forums for information on Lucid Dreaming ever since I had first heard of it. I do have a few questions that I would like answered:
1. I have A LOT of trouble keeping my mouth still when trying to WILD. This may not be something you want to hear but it's a problem. I have so much mucus build up over time that swallowing and moving my mouth around to get it comfortable again is the only option I have. I'm wondering if swallowing is a big deal when trying to WILD.
2. I have been keeping a Dream Journal for a month or two now, but after reading back on it looking for dream signs (and often doing reality checks) I still can't seem to become Lucid. In my dreams I am so out of it I have difficulties just remembering what happened, let alone recognize I'm dreaming.
3. How important is keeping a regular sleeping pattern?
If someone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated!
If it is of any importance I have become lucid before, but that is what made me interested in the topic. It was an accidental and one time thing, but I'm not sure if that could affect anything.
Thanks
