I know what sleep paralysis is and how it can be used to enter into a WILD or TILD. However, what I am concerned with is the fine line that separates the beginning and end of true sleep paralysis. I can experience disorientation and vibrations but when I do a reality check its always real life even if i wait for 20 mins after that. Sometimes I stay still for an hour or two attempting to induce SP but my body will feel as if i'm pulsing with heat... like i just am sweating uncontrollably bad. Sometimes when this happens i will have to get up from the unbearable conditions and then have insomnia for the night which I never have had a problem with before.

It feels like i'm on the border of being in a dream with my mind imagining things that would not be probably in reality, however, i get stuck at this plateau where i'm almost there... things seem to go downhill from there.

What i'd like to know since everyone is different....
What is your sign that you have successfully induced SP?
What do you do after that and how soon?
What are your signs that SP is being induced?
