      Is it possible for everyone?

Is it possible for everyone in the world to LD if properly focusing on it and setting reality checks and doing all the techniques?

Absolutely. Or, at least theoretically! It gets tricky if talking about people with certain mental disorders or what have you.

Yeah. Should be, I've never heard that there would be any big differences between people's chances to get an LD.

      EDIT: Late.

Everyone whose brain functions normally is capable of lucid dreaming, since we all have brains.
I am posting on topic elsewhere for the most part.

My DJ here at DVs, Realized Aspiration only contains old dreams. I'll be around for the occasional chat, and some unfinished/unstarted RPs.

And you, yeah you, with the ice cream hands. You, yeah you, are my friend. ~ Still my mentor, and an awesome guy.

Everyone said it already, but i just want to reinforce what has been said - it's possible for everyone.

Some people have an easier time than others. Some people may need a little extra effort to improve dream recall and lucidity, but it is absolutely possible for anyone [who has normal brain functions] to have a lucid dream given enough effort.

      ps. Welcome to DV

Like Mes said, the only ones I could think of that couldn't have mental disabilities.

...which I think would classify as a type of mental disability

I wouldn't classify "sleep apnea" which is where you stop breathing while sleeping as a "mental disability".
