      The HILD tech.

      I'm new to Lucid Dreaming and was wondering if anyone had any luck with the HILD (hypnosis induced lucid dreaming).
      Controling your dream is but one thing the human mind can do...

      The "HILD" technique as described in the tutorials is actually just a variation of autosuggestion, which works fairly well, itwas what Dr. LAberge used before he discovered the MILD.
