      Lucid Dreaming?

      You know how there is the reality check thing right... well during my dreams i seem to not be thinking like i seem to be just doing things... so how is it possible for me to ask if i am in a dream or not!?

      Well thats the whole problem
      We become lucid so that we can think instead of just going with the dream.

      The idea of reality checks is to do them during the day whenever you see something weird or possibly dreamlike. Do it enough and you will eventually start doing it in dreams. Then when the check fails you should realize its a dream and start to think more clearly.

      yeah, you just defined why you arent Lucid dreaming 100% of the time.

      things you practice/think about whilst awake may be dreamt about.

      A habit of observation and investigation will develop over time.

      There's a Tutorial on Reality Checks here on the forum. Basically you just keep doing Rcs until they get stuck in the back of your head and make their way into your dreams.
