      Hi I'm a newbie

      Hi everyone I'm a newbie and I joined a while ago but decided to post now just to let you know of my presence. I've been interested in Lucid Dreaming for a long time so hopefuly someone can help me and I can finally have at least one lucid dream. :-)

      Might want to try some other things before that. But yea a lot of people say its a good way so. Actually scwigglie knows more about this than me.

      I do? 8) Well.. I agree with Evanescent though, about trying some other things first.. and the b6 isn't going to just magically give you a LD. I suggest trying out some techniques first, or along with it.

      I've been doing MILD for 6 months and started the b-6 about a week ago to increase the vividness

      Hmm MILD for 6 months? You're keeping a dream journal and doing periodic reality checks? Some people just take longer to get lucid, but persistance pays off, always. Good luck.
