Greetings fellow dreamers!

My name is Meghan and I LOVE dreaming. I know I've experienced Lucid Dreams, but never thought of it as a skill I could harness and improve on. I would like to work on this.

I guess that means I need to sleep more. I am awake far too often, not because I can't sleep, but only because I won't sleep. It's been especially bad for the last 8 months or so, where I've been skipping anywhere from 1 to 4 nights of sleep a week. Sometimes I'll catch up with a few hours here and there, during the day or early evening, but I don't think it's really catching up. My sleep patterns are very unhealthy, and I think I need to lay down a solid sleep routine, first and foremost, before focusing on this Lucid Dreaming business. :p

My very favorite time of day is around 4am - 7am (so peaceful and I love watching it get light out), so I'm going to work on early to bed so I can be up at my favorite time, and fully rested. I know this won't happen overnight, but in time.

I probably won't be posting much for a while until I explore the forums and gain some knowledge, but I look forward to chatting with everyone in the near future.

Pleasant Dreams!
