Tips to get more lucids

Hey i was just wondering if anyone had any really effective tips to get lucid dreams…I do get lucids, and can do stuff (walk around look at surroundings…and occasionally superpowers) but I get one or two a month. I do not know if people can get like one a night or w/e but is there any tips to get them more often. The reason why is because I want to practice the manipulation tips. Thanks.

to DreamViews, Hakura7! There are many tips here! We have a tutorial section, and lucid dreaming forums devoted to discussing this. Just take a look around, do some reading. You already have a good start, so I think you will easily be able to improve and increase your lucids if you spend some time here. Good luck and have fun.

Since you are already somewhat experienced with lucid dreaming you might want to try consciously going into them. It's called a WILD and there are tutorials for it in the tutorials section here at DV.

Welcome to Dreamviews! Everyone's ability to have lucid dreams varies - some people do it multiple times per night, and some only have a few per month. However, practicing techniques such as those in the Tutorials section will help you get them more often. If you have not seen it already, the Dream Views home page offers a lot of helpful information about the basics of lucid dreaming.

hey thanks i read the site pritty quick....before i went to bed i tried dream spinning and it worked..but it is hard to remeber when i am actually dreaming...thanks I love LDs

Welcome to Dream Views. I love lucid dreams too. Wish I could have more. I hear the Wake Back to Bed Method is supposed to be great for having a Wake Induced Lucid Dream. If you have some spare time coming up you might want to give that a try.
