No matter how you remember dreams, what counts is that you do recall them. Interrupted sleep is a great way to enhance dream recall. |

So far, I seem to have recall of at least one dream a night. However, I wonder if it's mostly because I'm going back to sleep after my morning interruption to take the dog outside... |

I only remember my dreams on weekends for some reason, i think it's because i can lie in. I go to college from monday to friday, and as soon as the alarm goes i don't remember anything because all i think about is getting up and ready. But on weekends i wake up at around the same time that I have to go to college (i think it's become a routine now) but then when I go back to sleep say until 9.30 until 12.00 I remember all the dreams during that time. |

I take college classes on Tuesday and Thursday, and today I plan on going to sleep at 9PM (I generally try to wake up at 6AM, that's when my dad leaves and he's basically my safety measure against waking up too late) |
