      My status

So far, I seem to have recall of at least one dream a night. However, I wonder if it's mostly because I'm going back to sleep after my morning interruption to take the dog outside...
What if the interruption is the only reason I can remember dreams? (after I go to sleep back from the interruption, that's often the dream I remember)

No matter how you remember dreams, what counts is that you do recall them. Interrupted sleep is a great way to enhance dream recall.

Without some ability to remember dreams, all the lucids in the world would be pointless - you'd never remember them!

Another great thing about a reliable interruption is the ability to practice Wake Back To Bed (WBTB), which makes most techniques more effective.

      Keep it up!

I only remember my dreams on weekends for some reason, i think it's because i can lie in. I go to college from monday to friday, and as soon as the alarm goes i don't remember anything because all i think about is getting up and ready. But on weekends i wake up at around the same time that I have to go to college (i think it's become a routine now) but then when I go back to sleep say until 9.30 until 12.00 I remember all the dreams during that time.

I take college classes on Tuesday and Thursday, and today I plan on going to sleep at 9PM (I generally try to wake up at 6AM, that's when my dad leaves and he's basically my safety measure against waking up too late)

Welcome to the forum both of you!

Well like pj said, as long as you remember atleast one dream it's all good. Ofcourse having a dream journal will help you out alot. It's more or less the dreamers bible.

Waking up after each dream period should help you with your recall, just write down anything you can remember and you should get there after a while.
