Practice makes perfect. Don't start EXPECTING to wake up because your first try caused you to. Your mind will gradually get more comfortable with LDing and you'll grow to love it, hopefully. Good luck! |

So one night I deiced I was going to dream lucildly that night... it became the worse sleep of my life because everytime I would start to dream i would say "hey i'm dreaming" and no mater what i did, spin or anything i would wake up... what am i doing wrong any tips? |

Wow your lucky. I have lucid dreams but only once every 5 months. I don't remember most of my dreams. |
