First of all, hello, it's been awhile since I have posted, so, here I am, anyway. So, it's about 9:00 and I have decided to TRY to Wild. So, I was relaxing, had a lucid mp3 going and sleeping mask on. Roughly 30 min. later things felt strange, but havent seen any H.I. everything is black but felt as if I was floating in a deep void. Nothing special yet, so I waited a little longer but still nothing happened, then It all faded in a sense and could not get back to that state, then I gave up, seeing that It was not coming back. Any tips? |

I know you have probably heard it hundreds of times, but you should be doing a wbtb when you WILD. It just takes to long to reach the REM stage if you try WILD from the beginning of sleep. You dont have to do a full 60 min. WBTB, I only do a 5 min. one myself. |
