WILDs? They are failry simple in terms of a method. Combined with WBTB its a matter of staying awake when your body falls to sleep. Some people find this easy - not saying you will but worth a try?

If you've been trying one method for a while and it's not working check through the tutorials and find a different way to induce lucidity.

Don't worry! I haven't had an actuall LD yet. I just have dreams where I'm like "I must be dreaming, I'm dreaming, etc" and then I wake up. I atempted to have one last night, but I lost my focus and ended up not sleeping well. Meh.

The important thing is to stay positive, any negativity kills the chance of going lucid.

Unfortunately, as already said, there is no easy way to get lucid. You have to keep at it and try. I recommed the WBTB method with the MILD, both a winning combo and very easy to do.
