recently , ive been having loads

ok , recently , ive been having lucid dreams quite a lot , i mean one every 2 days... so ive had about 7 now , and its great , i just get that.. 'dream feeling' , nothing odd happens , its just i know i'm dreaming..

i know how i do it aswell and it pretty much works every time i try it..

it might sound a bit sad , but before you sleep , just think about how great it would be to have a lucid , and think about something (e.g walking down the road , sitting in school) and soon enough you'll pretty much be there if you just imagine everything and really really try and feeeeeel that dream feeling.

it works on me every time i try it.

Sounds to me like you're a natural at it. Sounds like what you do is similar to a Visually Incuded Lucid Dream. But go into detail. How do you specifically do it?

When I visualize that I'm doing something mundane like walking, I just try to imagine every little detail. The sidewalk, with all of the little dots and grains in it, how it would feel, walking past a fire hydrent seeing all of the rust and chipped paint, etc.

      Congratulations to ya!

Your technique sounds like a VILD to me!

Let's hope you manage to keep it up.

That dream feeling is the way that I usually become lucid. I just know, I rarely do a reality check or notice something weird. I just know.
