      Hello again

I'm back, this time with the dedication that I lacked a year ago. Lately my dreams have been very odd, but I never realize that I'm dreaming. I've started to record my dreams last night, but unfortunately couldn't recall most of it. Hopefully my recall gets better, anyway. Just sayin whats up to everyone

Hey, and welcome back! You have even been here for longer than me. Have you ever had lucid dreams before?

I had them a few times when I was younger, but can only remember the first time it happened. Basically what happened is I got shot and it didn't hurt. Then I remember thinking, oh I'm dreaming I can do whatever I want. So I did what any other 8 year old boy would do and I guess I conjured my own gun.. it was not an ordinary gun, it would shoot electricity.. i never got around to shooting but I knew what it would do. I didnt shoot it because I woke up a few seconds later

I also believe that I had SP one time when i was in 6th grade because I woke up and couldn't breathe. I'm not sure if I couldn't move because I was too concerned with the fact that I couldn't breathe at all! it lasted for about 5 seconds and then all of a sudden I could breathe in.. it was really weird. I also remember the dream I was having before that too

back, Skunk! Starting you dream journal again is a good idea. Hopefully now when you get the odd dreams, you will have a lot more chance of becoming lucid.

Thanks everyone. me and my friend (bacon the pig) are going to keep working on it. we both are believers in shared lucid dreaming so thats our goal. seeing as how he's lives in hawaii now and i'm still in california.

I dont know if this is anything, but when I was younger I used to hate having nightmares. I'd have them pretty frequently, like at least 2 a week. Until about 4th grade I learned how to wake myself up from these nightmares. Basically, every time my dream would go sour and I'd get scared, I would immediately know that it was a nightmare and in my dream I would think, oh crap here comes another one. So what I would do was close my eyes really tight in my dream, and when I opened them i'd be awake. This went on until around 8th or 9th grade and then I haven't had a nightmare since because now I usually don't get so scared and I let them play out and eventually they change for the better after a while.
