Question Im new so pleeease help out

so anyways my friend told me about this cool site and how people can control their derams, and i thought"wow thats awesome"
      but then i thought:

*what if i get attacked by a succubu or something how do i wake up on command? (i've also heard that they can drain your energy even when you're awake )
      *can this lead to sleepwalking?
*My friend also said that he imagined punching a zombie, and it hurt him!
and when he woke up, he said there was knuckle print on his wall
i dont wana wake up and see a bunch of holes in the wall and a broken window!!!
*also- is there a way if i make and army of myselves, and try to defeat a succubu, will it work? ??? im just a noob dont judge me too harshly

      Welcome to Dreamviews!

Waking up is easy - in fact, it's a problem we have here. Just thinking about waking up and imagining your body lying in your bed should do the trick.

You can usually feel pain in a dream, but this is true with non-lucids as well as lucids. If you find yourself in a very painful situation, you can always wake up.

And yes, you can make an army of yourself. I don't know what a succubu is, but yes, you could defeat it.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

ZOMBIES R AWESOM, welcome to the forum!

When you dream, your body should be in sleep paraysis or you would "act out" every dream you have (both lucid and non-lucid).

Whatever your mind creates in a LD, your mind can help you defeat in a LD.

The recommendations that I've read from other members on defeating what frightens you is to simply turn and face your attacker and either make friends with it, laugh at it, ask it what it wants, shoot fireballs at it from your palms or simply demand that it vanish or go away.

The key is to KNOW that there is no "try" when you're lucid.. only "do". You must KNOW that there is nothing you can't have nor perform while in your lucid dream.

Hey, didn't I just pounce you in another thread...

You can do pretty much anything you want in a lucid dream. Turn around and face that attacker or whip up a portal and simply whisk yourself away to another dream scape or even turn your attacker into something harmless. You just have to remember that it's YOUR dream and that YOU control it.

I don't know about the sleep walking thing. Maybe if you are naturally sleepwalker you do odd stuff like punch walls while lucid dreaming. As far as I know you should be locked up tight in sleep paralysis as you're dreaming. It's what keeps your body lying in bed as you dream and prevents your real body from physically acting out what you do in a dream.

      Word.

That is really, really true. It seems like people who are lucid every now and then are nice people

I believe sleep walking is a result of dreaming without sleep paralysis, but most Lucid Dreamers actually seek out SP as a means of entering dreams.

If you are worried about not undergoing SP, look around for tutorials or post a thread about it and you can find lots of info on it.
